How much mail can I store on the system?
Mailboxes configured through your Control Panel are counted as part of the account's disk space allowance. So, you may store up to your hosting allowance. However, large mailboxes are not efficient to access, and we recommend that you download, delete or archive old e-mail.


What are the addresses of my incoming and outgoing mail servers?
Both are "mail.YourDomainName.com"


Can I check my email when I'm not at home?
Yes, at http://www.YourDomainName.com/webmail/


Setting up SpamAssassin
Log in to cPanel. Click on the Mail icon on the main menu. You will see an option for Spam Assassin, click on this and then click on Enable Spam Assassin. After the changes happen go back a page. If you would like your subjects to be rewritten on spam messages you should set the rewrite subject to 1 instead of 0. Now, with that activated you can set either your email client or cPanel's email filtering tools to filter based on the subject.


Errors with Outlook Express
These errors most likely are because you do not have the outgoing mail server setup to use password authentication. To do this, click properties on the mail account, then click the servers tab. Next click "My server requires authentication". Click apply and okay and the settings will now be saved.
