How much are Private Nameservers?
Absolutely free. We provide all resellers with two IP numbers to use for private nameservers and also make special IP numbers available to our shared hosting clients as well for this. If you need the IP numbers for your account please request them from our support department. Then, using the IP numbers we've provided simply register the nameservers with the Domain Registrar you purchased your domain name from -- or contact our support department if we registered your domain for you. The process usually takes a moment or two.

Is ImageMagick installed?
Yes - please contact BanPro NET Support for the ImageMagick specifics on your server.

Do you really make a backup of my site every day?
Yes, a full backup is created each month (although not necessarily on the first of the month), a secondary backup of differences from the previous monthly backup once per week and a backup of differences from the previous weekly backup once per day. This provides up to three different dates to restore from. However, there may be less than three dates at certain times, such as right after a full monthly backup is made.

What options are compiled in PHP on my server?
If you've wondered which options or modules were compiled in PHP, or if safe_mode was on here is an easy way to find out! Simply use your favorite editor (Windows NotePad will work) to create a php file, name it info.php, and put this code in it: <?php phpinfo(); ?> Now upload this file into your public_html and access it by going to: YourDomainName.com/info.php That's it, you can tell everything about the php installation, whether Zend is installed, if safe_mode is on, anything and everything!

Is it possible to schedule special backups?
We backup your data every day, however we understand that you may want a backup made at a specific time, such as prior to installing new scripts/software or when updating a database. In these cases, we will gladly create a live backup of your account for you at a specified time. All we ask is that you provide us with a 24 hour lead notice so that we can schedule the process.
