As a reseller, do you support my customers?
Yes and No, we support you directly and so support your customers indirectly. In order to maintain anonymity we never have contact with your customers directly. Of course, we will be glad to help if one of your customers has a question you cannot answer for them, but all direct support from us is to you.

Do you have a secure certificate that I can use for cpanel access?
Yes, we do provide a shared SSL for each server or you can use your own. Please contact us for more information about obtaining and installing SSL certificates.

How do I transfer my customer's domain name so that it is hosted on your servers?
You or your customer will need to modify their domain name registration record to show your private nameservers.

What service/use policies are my clients required to follow?
Your clients must follow the rules and guidelines as stated in BanPro NET's TERMS OF SERVICE and ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY. We encourage resellers to adopt the same or more strict TOS/AUP's as our own to ensure their customers are in compliance.

Unlimited domains? Is this for real?
Yes and No. Unlimited here means that we place no restrictions on the number of domains you may host as a reseller. You are able to host as many domains as you can fit within your resource allocations.

Do I get my own private nameservers?
Yes. We will supply you with two IP's to use for creating your own private nameservers. We'll also assist you in registering them if you're unsure of the process.

Can I resell your reseller plans?
Yes, you may resell our reseller plans in exchange for a 25% discount on the monthly, quarterly or semi-annual fees. Once you establish a reseller account with us you will be provided with more information on how to do this.

I'm ready to order! How long will it take to setup my reseller account?
We manually verify every order. Accounts are normally setup within an hour of receiving the order but may take up to 24 hours.
